Planting Seeds
Seeds of Sisterhood, Inc. is a youth focused nonprofit organization rooted in enriching the lives of elementary, middle, and high school girls ages 8-21 years throughout greater Wisconsin. S.O.S. Inc. promotes positive self-image and inspires youth to overcome internal self- doubt through 1:1 and group mentorship, guided social emotional development workshops, youth-led group activities, and selfless community outreach. S.O.S. Inc. believes despite the daily challenges young people may face, a positive role model or supportive team has a lasting impact on the way a young person reaches their full potential, as well as envisions their future.

Developing Growth Mindsets
Seeds of Sisterhood, Inc. offers supportive programs that are in direct response to the growing number of underserved Milwaukee girls & women who could benefit from academic, social, emotional, and mental support. S.O.S. Inc. was created to shift the mindset and outlook of current Milwaukee youth. During these challenging times we live in, youth of today have become more troubled by society's daily pressures, conform to the influences in their environments such as peer pressure and social media, which can result in poor decision making or a decline in academics.

Producing Purpose Through Programming
To accomplish our program goals, S.O.S. youth participate in peer support groups/workshops, attend academic tutoring activities in an inclusive learning environment that promotes their best efforts, are rewarded for their efforts, and are coached in practicing personal respect and reinforcing boundaries with others. S.O.S. Inc. programs are designed to offer a positive support system to avoid the pitfalls that can derail and effect their lives.
The focus is slightly different based on each age groups needs, but the mission remains the same; propel young girls/women to make positive choices in their lives, empower them to become leaders in their communities through mentorship and personal development, and to embrace their individuality.

Our Vision
S.O.S. Inc. operates with the vision that through emotional awareness, personal development, and guided mentorship, youth will always feel safe to participate. We envision young ladies forming prosocial relationships that will aid in their character, achievements, and abilities to become impactful leaders within their community.
